Day 01 Flight to India (New Delhi)

Day 02 Delhi

Breakfast at the Coffee shop. Rest of the morning at leisure. You will be taken on a guided tour of Delhi, beginning with a morning sightseeing trip to Old Delhi and followed by visits to the 1648 Red Fort, India's largest mosque - Jama Masjid and Gandhi Memorial at Raj Ghat. Afternoon tour includes visits to India Gate, President's House, Humayun's Tomb, Lotus Temple and Qutab Minar. Overnight stay at hotel.


Day 03 New Delhi - Chandigarh (about 238 km)

After having breakfast we will drive to Chandigarh. Upon arrival, you will be met by an Caper Travels representative and transferred to the hotel. By the evening we will arrive in Chandigarh.

Day 04 Chandigarh

In the morning we have sightseeing in Chandigarh. First of all, we will visit the Museum, High Court, Assembly Chamber and the famous Rock Garden and Rose Garden. Overnight at hotel.


Day 05 Chandigarh - Jalandhar (about 146 km)

In the morning after having breakfast we drive to Jalandhar via Parivar Vichorra and Anandpur Sahib. It is a fortress temple situated on the banks of the river Satluj. The ninth Sikh Guru, Guru Tegh Bahadur, founded this temple. In the Anandpur Sahib, the tenth guru, Guru Gobind Singh instituted the Khalsa in 1699.

Day 06 Jalandhar - Amritsar (about 77 km)

In the morning after having breakfast we drive to Amritsar. Amritsar is well known for its famous Golden Temple. Today we will visit the Golden Temple and also pay a visit to Akal Takht that literally means 'Eternal Throne'. It is located within the premises of Golden Temple. We will also visit Jallianwala Bagh.


Day 07 Amritsar

The day is free to explore nearby shrines of Tarn Taran and Goindwal in the Punjab countryside.


Day 08 Amritsar - Manikaran

In the morning after having breakfast we will drive further and visit Manikaran. Manikaran is famous for its Sulphur springs and Gurudwaras.
